He began to participate in local fitness classes, making new friends and connections in the process. Through his involvement in the fitness community, Jack found a new sense of living, and he enjoyed the camaraderie and support that came with it.
As Jack’s physique transformed, so did his confidence. He began to feel better about himself, and he no longer fell like a victim. Instead, he was determined to chase his dreams of studying business abroad as an international student in NYC. As Jack settled into his new life abroad, he kept expand love for physical fitness. He had discovered the confidence that came with taking care of his body and mind, and he loved the way it made him feel.
One day, as Jack was leaving the gym in city where he studied, he noticed a young boy sitting outside. The boy looked up at him with tears in his eyes, and that shocked Jack, his curiosity and will to help show up.
“Hey, are you okay?” Jack asked, approaching the boy.
The boy shook his head. “Some kids at school were making fun of me because I’m overweight,” he said. “I hate how I look. I wish I could be like you.”
Jack’s heart went out to the boy. He knew all too well the pain of being bullied because of his weight.
“I used to feel the same way,” Jack said. “But I learned that it’s not about what you look like on the outside. It’s about how you feel on the inside. And if you take care of your body and your mind, you can feel great no matter what anyone else says.”
Jack spent some time talking to the boy, encouraging him to find physical activities that he enjoyed and to focus on his own health and well-being. Also giving him a lot of advices. By the end of their conversation, the boy was smiling, and Jack knew that he had made a difference.
As Jack continued to pursue his studies and his fitness shape goals, he found himself drawn to the idea of using his experiences to help others. He started volunteering at a local youth center “GYMME”, where he worked with kids who were struggling with body image and self-esteem issues. He led fitness classes for fat-loss and taught other people starting with working out about healthy eating habits, but more importantly, he showed them his path with losing weight and taught that they were capable of achieving anything they set their minds to. If he could, everyone can.
Years went by, and Jack’s curiosity how he’s body might change after working out, which after months turned into opening his own business which was a gym, his knowledge and college major really help him with registering and developing it, the business became more successful than he ever could have imagined, because of his attitude and his specific way of conducting fitness classes. He had found a way to combine his love of fitness and his passion for entrepreneurship, and he was proud of what he had built. But he never forgot the struggles he had faced in his youth, or the young boy who had inspired him to help others.
As he looked back on his journey, he realized that the challenges he had faced, had helped shape him into the person he was today. Without the bullying and the struggles with his weight, he might never have discovered his love for fitness, or his desire to help others.
The moral of Jack’s story is simple: no matter what challenges you face in life, you can overcome them if you stay true to ourselves and work hard. And if you use your experiences to help others, you can make a difference in the world. Good karma always come back doubled. Which means, you get twice, what you give.
